What's so special about Manuka Essential Oil?

Manuka Essential Oil comes from New Zealand and is often referred to as New Zealand Tea Tree. This is due to sharing many of the same properties as Tea Tree Essential Oil, however Manuka is less sensitizing than Tea Tree, but just as powerful in it's action and often more so.
We have been sourcing wild crafted Manuka oil from New Zealand for years and it has become a main ingredient in many of our products due to it's effectiveness and how well it blends with other essential oils.
